Assistant Executive Director, LHSAAKeith Alexander was one of the founding members of the LHSOA and serves on the Executive
Committee as an ex-officio member. Keith has completed multiple degree programs focused on the field of education. His advanced
education began with an A.A. degree from Southern Baptist College in Arkansas and includes a B.S.E. degree from Union University
in Tennessee, an M.S.E. degree from Grambling State University in Louisiana, as well as advance degrees from Louisiana Tech
University and Arkansas University. His career as an educator spans more than four decades and he has been a coach, teacher,
principal, and superintendent at educational institutions across Louisiana and Arkansas. His officiating career includes 18
years as a high school basketball official, 15 years as a high school football official and 6 years as a college official
as a member of the Gulf South Conference. Keith joined the LHSAA in 2008 and serves as Director of Officials for that organization.
Keith currently serves on the National Federal of High School Associations Rules Committee.
